Cable knit is a double knit fabric with a plaited/braid appearance. This fabric is super popular for Autumnal and winter dressmaking as the fabric is warm and extremely on trend.

Suitability: Warm dresses and tops

Fabric Specification

Composition: 81% Polyester, 16% Viscose, 3% Elastane

Width: 150cm

Weight: 340 gsm

Wash at 30 degrees or lower. Turn garments inside out to preserve the print life and use a gentle cycle on your washing machine to ensure fibres aren't damaged.

Iron on the reverse side of the fabric using a medium heat and steam.

Do not tumble dry unless absolutely necessary, in which case use as little heat as possible. Tumble drying may cause shrinkage and will damage fibres.
